Terms and Conditions:

Delivery 

• All items will be posted via Royal Mail First Class, within 1-3 days of receiving payment.
• The delivery charge is £FREE for jewellery items and £1 for any number of keyrings to UK Mainland only. Please contact me for a quote to other destinations.
• I always obtain proof of postage.

Payment

• PayPal is the preferred payment method, and offers a secure payment facility.
• Cheques are also accepted and your order will be shipped after your payment has cleared. Please contact me before purchasing if you wish to pay by cheque.
• Prices are in Pounds Sterling.

Descriptions

• The descriptions and photographs of all items are as accurate as possible.
• Dichroic glass is extremely difficult to photograph as the colour changes slightly depending on the light. Variations in the image and colour may occur due to limitations and variations in software, browsers and monitors.
• Any references to product size and height is approximate only. However, I do try to make these as accurate as possible
• If you would like to receive more information or additional photographs, please contact me and I will be more than happy to oblige.

Cancellation Rights and Returns

• Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. You may return unsuitable items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If you wish to cancel the order, please take care of the item(s) while they are in your possession.
• Worn items and earrings are exempt from returns, except when faulty.
• Refunds will be given within 30 days of receiving the returned order.
• Your postage costs will not be refunded, except when items are faulty.
• In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact me by E-mail within 24 hours and return the item within 7 days for a full refund (including reimbursement of delivery charges) or for an exchange.
• Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned item as I cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Privacy

• Your personal contact details will never be disclosed to third parties.
• You will receive an E-mail confirming your payment has been received and your order shipped.
